      Aloe Vera: soothing and healing. Calendula Oil: has antiseptic, anti-edematous, anti-inflammatory, decongestant, healing, emollient, epithelializing, and toning properties. Calendula oil soothes sensitive skin and skin prone to redness, making it especially suitable for sensitive, infant, and slightly damaged skin (e.g., by sunburn). Zinc Oxide: has skin protecting, mild astringent, and antiseptic properties. It adheres to inflamed or injured skin, forming a protective hydrophobic film against external agents. It also has a strong absorbing action on skin exudates and secretions, reducing itching and burning. Allantoin: This agent has re-epithelializing, healing, astringent, and keratolytic-keratoplastic activity. In the skin it undergoes a hydrolysis reaction to form urea, which has a moisturizing and keratolytic action. Applied topically, it acts on cell proliferation in the stratum corneum, accelerating wound healing, while cleansing and removing necrotic tissue.
